Paddy Tuffy drove the first Kogarah to Sans Souci steam tram. As the tram steams round on its regular route, Paddy meets the working men of the 19th Century – timber cutter, shingle splitter, bark stripper, cooper, tanner, ferryman etc. But Paddy has accidentally made friends with a great public nuisance in that quiet seaside village, a big feral goat.
